1. Information We Collect
FinCalcHub is designed with privacy as a default. All financial calculations run entirely in your browser using JavaScript. We do not collect, store, transmit, or sell any financial inputs you enter into our calculators.
We may collect limited technical data through standard web server logs, including your IP address, browser type, and pages visited. This data is used only for security monitoring and aggregate analytics.
2. Cookies
We store your cookie choice in your browser (a first-party value named fch_cookie_consent). No analytics or advertising cookies are set until you select Accept all. If you choose Necessary only, Google Analytics is never loaded and no _ga cookie is created. Google Consent Mode is set to denied by default, so analytics and advertising storage stay off until you consent. When you accept, Google Analytics (GA4, with IP anonymisation) sets its own cookies to measure aggregate, anonymised usage. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer. No personally identifiable financial data is ever sent to any third party.
You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Our calculators will continue to work without cookies.
3. Advertising
When advertising is enabled, we may display advertisements through Google AdSense. Advertising cookies are governed by the same consent choice above and remain denied unless you select Accept all. Where required (for visitors in the EEA, UK and Switzerland), ad serving is gated through a Google-certified consent management platform. Google may use cookies and web beacons to serve ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites. You can opt out of personalised advertising at Google Ads Settings.
4. Affiliate Links
Some pages may contain affiliate links to financial products. If you click these links and make a purchase or open an account, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. This does not affect the accuracy of our calculators or the objectivity of our content.
5. Data Security
Because we do not store your financial data, there is nothing to breach. All traffic between your browser and fincalchub.com is encrypted via HTTPS. Our servers are protected by Cloudflare.
6. Children
Our site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
7. Changes
We may update this policy. Significant changes will be noted by a revised date at the top of this page.
