Terms of Use
Last updated: May 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using FinCalcHub (“the Site”, “we”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Permitted Use
You may use FinCalcHub for personal, non-commercial informational and educational purposes. You agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically download content from the Site without written permission
- Reproduce or republish substantial portions of our content without attribution and a link back to the original page
- Use the Site to distribute spam, malware, or any harmful material
- Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to the Site or its servers
- Use automated tools to submit large volumes of requests in a manner that degrades performance for other users
3. Not Financial Advice
All content on FinCalcHub — including calculators, guides, and articles — is provided for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this Site constitutes financial, investment, tax, legal, or accounting advice. Calculator results are mathematical projections based on your inputs and should not be used as the sole basis for any financial decision.
We strongly recommend consulting a qualified financial adviser, accountant, or other licensed professional before making significant financial decisions, including those related to debt management, investment, savings, mortgages, or tax planning.
4. Accuracy and Availability
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that our calculators use accurate formulas and current reference data. However, we make no warranty — express or implied — as to the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any content on the Site. Reference rates (such as average APRs and central bank rates) are updated periodically and may not reflect the most current figures.
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice.
5. Intellectual Property
All original content on FinCalcHub — including calculator logic, page copy, guides, graphics, and layout — is the property of FinCalcHub and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may link to any page on the Site and quote brief excerpts (under 100 words) with clear attribution and a link back to the source page. Wholesale reproduction of our content without permission is not permitted.
Mathematical formulas themselves are not subject to copyright. Data sourced from government agencies and central banks (Federal Reserve, FDIC, Bank of England, RBA, Bank of Canada, etc.) is in the public domain.
6. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to external websites including government agencies, financial regulators, and data sources. These links are provided for reference only. We do not control external sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or availability. Linking to an external site does not constitute endorsement of that site or any product or service it offers.
Some links on the Site may be affiliate links. We may earn a referral commission if you click a link and sign up for a product. This does not affect the objectivity of our calculator logic or editorial content. See our Disclaimer for full details.
7. Privacy and Data
All calculator inputs are processed entirely within your browser and are never transmitted to our servers. We do not store, sell, or share your financial inputs. Our use of cookies and analytics data is described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FinCalcHub and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, any content on the Site. This includes — without limitation — any financial losses, missed opportunities, or decisions made based on calculator outputs. Your use of the Site is entirely at your own risk.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts. FinCalcHub serves users globally across multiple jurisdictions; where local consumer laws provide additional protections, those protections are not excluded by these terms.
